ARP offer extensive flood risk assesment services. We have implemented numerous assessments in relation to NPPF and PPG and have conducted extensive negotiations with the Environment Agency, Internal Drainage Boards and Land Drainage Authorities to provide appropriate reports with recommended mitigation measures to satisfy these requirements. We have also successfully represented Clients at Planning Appeals in relation to flood issues. The aim of the reports is to maintain a simple, user-friendly approach, whilst addressing the main issues causing concern to the Regulatory Authorities.
